With over a decade of experience in federal grant management, sponsored research administration, and strategic writing, Laurielle brings a precision-led approach to funding strategy, compliance, and professional development.

Her work spans pre-award and post-award grant management, institutional documentation, and executive-level career positioning. Through her institutional roles, she has supported and managed multi-million-dollar grants and sponsored research portfolios, including funding efforts across federal and private funders such as the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the National Science Foundation (NSF), and other mission-aligned grantmakers. This experience grounds her work in precision, alignment, and long-term sustainability—principles that now guide Empirical Pen Solutions.
